Title: International Quantum Computing Ecosystem Study - Cabinet Wavestone – Commissioned by Linksium for PUI Grenoble Alpes, by UGA.
This strategic international study maps and compares the main global quantum computing ecosystems to position Grenoble in the race for quantum technologies. It analyzes in detail academic and industrial actors, startups, innovation hubs across major regions (North America, Europe, Asia, Australia) as well as hardware, software, and enabling technology paths. The benchmark is based on a battery of indicators 2021-2025 to measure the dynamics and maturity of each ecosystem. Five reference ecosystems were subjected to in-depth analysis (Southern Netherlands (Delft), South East England (Oxford), Kanto, Quebec (Sherbrooke), Rhineland-Palatinate…) to identify their governance models, technology transfer and public-private partnership strategies. The aim of this analysis is to propose a strategy for Grenoble with concrete action steps.
Title: QOUNSELOR Study on Technology/Algorithm Maturity commissioned by Alpes Quantum House by Valentin Gilbert
This study requested by the quantum computing hub partners proposes a mapping of recent developments in Near-Term Quantum Computing (NISQ), identifying major technological paths and analyzing the maturity of NISQ algorithms to solve real problems. The tool used for mapping allows visualization of the links between the 20 industrial use cases published so far with mathematical problems, resolution algorithms, and machine implementations. The study provides a clear map and objective evaluation while also delivering a robust evaluation method to facilitate understanding of technology/algorithm maturity states for any laboratory, end users or investors interested in knowing the state of NISQ quantum computing technology and algorithm maturity.
